Stop future renewal

Sign in and open Account → Manage payment or cancel. If you cannot access your account, email support@thelittlelondonvegan.com. Cancelling ordinary renewal normally leaves access until the end of your paid period.

If you forgot to cancel before renewal

Cancel as soon as possible to stop the next renewal. A renewal payment is not automatically refundable solely because you forgot to cancel. Contact us promptly if you believe a statutory cancellation or refund right applies, or if you would like us to consider the circumstances as an exceptional goodwill request. Any goodwill decision is discretionary and does not affect your legal rights.

Cooling-off rights and service problems

If you want to exercise a statutory cancellation right, request a refund or report a problem with the paid service, email us. Include your account email and the date you subscribed or renewed. Your legal rights are not limited by the app’s ordinary renewal-cancellation process.
